Caught on Tape: Man Survives Motorcycle Accident, Speaks with 'GMA' (2011)

The guy driving the car had no license no insurance and walked away with just 3 tickets...
Cops just stupid lazy or is the law so focused on keeping you paying your taxes and helping the banks rape you that it dont care about civil justice.

Seeing the tape and hearing the story Id have the stupid jerk in bars awaiting trial for attempted murder and assault with a vehicle.

I know this guy in real life. cool guy. Just pisses me off that the other person walk away with just 3 tickets, just little slap in the hands.

I'm not quite sure where this is. The only arrestable offense if this case was in NC would be the "no operators liscense". Traffic laws are quite soft all things considered. It's a tragedy and I am glad the guy was not killed.

The problem is inbred Texan legislators and an insane Governor. In most other states the car would be impounded, the driver probably arrested and a whole ton of fines.
