Oklahoma state laws on pregnancy

Im seeking some information on this, just out of curiosity.

So in Oklahoma, the law. What can be done for a 18 year old getting a 15 year old pregnant? If the parents at first are little crazy about it but then accept and give no charges. and if you have to go to court by state can you agree that you will take care of the girl and the baby and get no charges and no jail time?

If the parents do not press charges I believe you can legitimately do that. There shouldn't be anything going against you unless the parents (who are still the legal guardians) deny you two from taking responsibility.

unless the two lovebirds are cousins.

If DHS gets involved in this matter you will go to jail.

I don't know about Oklahoma but in California you will go to jail. Even if the parents don't press charges the D.A. will.

Item one of OK's rape law is pretty clear: anyone under 16. Since it's the state that presses criminal charges, it wouldn't really matter if the parents or girl herself refuses to file charges.
