Video from China - Weather Modification is VERY real!

Came across this video that is supposedly being shown on TV in China. The beginning of the video is in commentated in Chinese but the visuals alone can explain exactly whats going on. About half way through the video there is English commentary that explains the process and brief history. Not a good time to be a "Weather Mod" debunker....



So if China is doing this then it is a no-brainer that everybody else in the world is following suit. We are the guinea pigs of the elitist, what else can you really say?

Isn't that what HAARP is for, weather manipulation? or modification? I believe they do this in areas that don't receive alot of rain. To me that is a positive thing. But, as we all know technology is often used for reasons it wasn't intended for.

Weather modification has been going on for 60 years or so - who's trying to debunk it??

Agreed, it has been going on for a very long time but it is still treated as a "Conspiracy Theory".

I'd rather not name any names, but ATS is full of members who constantly deny Mans' ability to manipulate the weather.

I've never encountered any.

Usually weather modifiction gets mixed up with chemtrails, and now geo-engineering - whereas geo-engineering is about climate - changing the whole "setup" of the climate, and weather modification is about changing the weather in relatively small areas (relative to the whole of the earth).

Likely weather modification does have some effect on the wider climate but I wouldn't expect it to be much - I'd be interested in seeing studies.

Here is something that could be a big contributor of environmental problems.

SO2 and particulate emissions are highest in the northern half of China, where coal is used to heat homes and other buildings for several months of the year and where industrial centers also depend heavily on coal burning. Yet, air pollution in the North would be much worse if not for the higher quality, cleaner coal that is available there. The chinese have a very bad problem with their air quality--air which is poisond and drifts all the way to america.
However the whole world is chem-trailing aluminum and barium. reflectives which if you go to chemcrap.org, you would see the results of tests done on snow and water samples that are thousands of times above the EPA safe ammount for these chemicals . Here in wisconsin it is noted that the snow fleas of winter and early spring have dissapeared altogather. Its the little insects that are seeing the first results of this poisoning. We are also if you go to the site i listed above, we are seeing people being affected.
Global warming is real and these measures they take with spraying aluminum oxides and barium to dimm is a last ditch effort which is poisoning the whole planet. The bible states god almighty will come and put a stop to the ones who would destroy the whole earth if he didnt act. And people wrote these things down thousands of years ago!!!!!!

absolutely false information.

They are testing soil, and then sayign that eth limits are thousands of times that allowed for WATER.

Skywatch tests wind-blown dust for aluminium and barium and psots the results - but doesn't say how much air they filtered to obtain their sample so they are lying too!!

Soil typically has 3-8% aluminium in it naturally - about 8% of the crust of the earth is aluminium. dust blowing in hte wind is the same. sludgge on the bottom of ponds - all contains natural aluminium and barium.

If Carnicom et al are still showing those results then they are deliberately lying to you!

Then you should be able to identify the insecticide - because it isn't aluminium or barium!

Have a link to this info? So your saying their bad air is coming to our western shores, but what about Hawaii, Japan(who have their own environmental problems right now) are they showing the signs of dirty chinese air?

Here's an airforce paper showing written well after we signed all those treaties describing how we would be using that new airforce space shuttle for weather modification. This proves what McNamara said was true. We have no qualms about weather modification despite any treaties we sign. Same goes for geoengineering:

Actually I believe that I have also read accounts of Chinese air pollution reaching the US too. Hawaii is rather well south though, and not downwind of China either

There have been several National Geographic specials in the past on the subject of 'Cloud Seeding'. They do it in Texas all the time, nothing new about it.

Yep, its not secret at all, it is a straw man they use to prove "chemtrails", except that small planes, flying inside of precipitating clouds, releasing flares, is somehow the same to chemmies as large planes with big trails at jet altitudes.

There are a few projects in Cali that Pacific Gas and Electric pays for, one in North Dakota, and a few scattered ones in west/south Texas in the summer too.

But a Cessna 340 or Piper Seneca, or even a Beech King Air, is certainly not what falls into their chemconspiracy, except when its convenient for them
