Harry Potter author plans to build Hagrid's hut in her back garden

Harry Potter author JK Rowling has put forward plans to construct a building in the grounds of her Edinburgh mansion that has an uncanny resemblance to one of her character's homes. The 'lodge', which is thought to be a form of folly, will sit at the bottom of the writer's formal Renaissance-style gardens at the site where there is currently a house.

This is the greatest thing I heard all day. Can you imagine meeting Hagrid and the Trio at the lodge? I would love to see this in the future.

This is very cool imo. In my "If I hit the lottery dreams" I always wanted to build a replica of the Simpsons house and live in i , but to recreate something from another world you created well that's just ten times cooler. She would be able to deck that place out for Halloween too I's imagine.
