What does Geo-Engineering mean?

Many things come to mind, such as Terra-forming, Biotechnology and Nanotechnology etc. Also I wonder of what Orwell ( in 1984 ) called Newspeak.

Orwell noted that language "becomes ugly and inaccurate because our thoughts are foolish, but the slovenliness of our language makes it easier for us to have foolish thoughts." And his novel "1984" explained that "the special function of certain Newspeak words ... was not so much to express meanings as to destroy them."

Such Newspeak words seem obvious when used by P R Firms, Governments and Organizations.. but it would do well to beware of Newspeak creeping into our thinking and even our work. For example...

Geoengineering is a threat to us all. They can not predict the weather next week but are attempting to predict how dumping such things as hydrochloric acid, aluminum, barium and strontium will affect us long term?

Notice the Oxford ( neologism ) "geoengineering"...

Global Warming....

like New World Order has become "Globalization", Global Warming has become "Climate Change".... These are prime examples of Newspeak.

The idea geoengineering is weather / climate modification is one thing lol... yet what has "Chemtrails" to do with that? Weather Modification is ONE aspect in the world of "Chemtrails" ... yet so is HAARP associated with Chemtrails, with more then ONE purpose...

What of Biotrails in aerosol spraying or chemical spraying for biological purposes or "engineering"? Modifying climate, as in a newspeak "geoengineering" is done through many things. The Slash and Burn of the Brazilian and OTHER rain-forests is "Geoengineering" in absolute scientific terms. Yet the "Science" of Greenpeace and the SCIENTISTS warning of the deforestation effects in the 70s and 80s was outright ignored by "science".

HAARP has as Much and More involvement in "controlling weather" and "Geoengineering". I wouldn't like to see geoengineering defined by P R Firms IN THIS FORUM. Could Chemtrails as bio manipulation to affect food and Plant processes worldwide, possibly be connected with biotech agendas and "government" control of a public domain and NATURAL resource? hell is it a RESOURCE?

That statement is very confusing. Geoengineering, even as defined by "authorities" involves much more than "Chemtrails". The real science behind a phenomena ( Chemtrails ), that ALL these authorities deny exists? There's so much in the statement, that it seems.... confusing?

"learn the real" means ...? Research? Investigative journalism? trying to "expose" something denied by authorities as "REAL"?

And Conspiracies are not included in this? What of this learning "process" you state, possibly revealing conspiracies? Guess the statement will be amended eh?

I also get a sense of appealing to authority or CREDIBILITY in this. I understand wanting "real and sincere" research and investigation, but such work does NOT include geoengineering ONLY refers to "Chemtrails"... maybe you can clarify this statement, or add to it, for the sake of the endeavor.

Many people use "conspiracy" in place of Theory... I hope you do not mean "not theories" as well as "not conspiracy"? Because any "real" investigation cannot be valid without the "theories" tool.
