This is for all you people out there who have no time for anything, especially students on limited budgets and no cooking skills whatsoever. All you need is a crockpot (slow cooker) , a couple of pounds of pork ribs and a large bottle of your favorite dressing. Now the dressing should have either a tomato base, or an oil & vinegar base. Greek or Italian is good, but I use "Kraft" Catalina dressing - Russian works well, too, and adds a bit more sweetness to it. Now just chop up a bit of garlic and add some salt & pepper. Cut the ribs into portions that are easy to hande and place them in the crockpot. Toss in the garlic, add the salt & pepper & pour in the dressing. Cook on high for a couple of hours and then turn it down to low for the next 3-4 hours. What you end up with will be the best, melt-in-your-mouth, falling-off-the-bones ribs you have ever tasted! Serve with pasta, rice or baked tatoes. Yummerz!
