It's above the horizon.

If you look in-between the two Spire's or what ever you like you can see were land turns to sky.

my first thoughts are, is that a hill in the background? and is it a large truck moving across it or, OR it could be a huge UFO

It's a truck moving a long a road. it can just about be made out. Distorted because of the haze.
easily analysed by inverted colours. can some one do it and chuck this in the hoax bin.

Looks like a train to me travelling along. Too long to be a bus that far away.

If that is a truck then is HUGE track ..maybe the biggest truck in the world . Also inside evacuation zone 20 km now there is no to much traffic.
