HAARP,Chemtrails On the History Channel

Tried searching for any post on this,but search does not ,and has not worked for me in a couple of days.

So,I'm sitting here channel surfing and come across a program on the History Channel International.

It's called "That's Impossible-Weather Warfare".
Originally aired 07/21/2009.
They show how HAARP can cause earthquakes and change weather patterns.
They also show how the military is using chemtrails,or cloud seeding to change weather patterns
like back during the Vietnam War.
