Seems that teh NSA is busy on our PCs as well. Microsoft has kindly build backdoor access into the Windows system to allow the NSA to easily access it. No doubt that the NSA could task a Cray onto any system and evetually brute force access to it, but this allowes them to easily get in and allows them to focus thier computer access on other areas. Lotus also has done this.

You have to wonder: What If ECHELON is built along the lines of SETI at home? Our computers do the work via a nicley hidden embeded code, then uplinks relevant documnets to a NSA server? Its really would be the way to go if the end user has no idea. We pay all the overhead and provide the internet connection, and it takes the burden off of thier systems. This would be very very troubling esp. since the NSA is no supposed to be looking at US citizens..

This is a hoax. Here is the proof. This is a list of all procedural calls that can be made from the 'Advanced Application Programming Interface Dynamic Link Library' aka AdvApi.dll

www.andreavb.com...

Scary stuff indeed, you can change different properties of your registry, add and delete keys without having to actually touch the user.dat and system.dat files.

You can also have windows restart, shutdown, log off a user, or even grab system information for system diagnostics.

If you are interested in the other internal workings of the core system
libraries here is the complete list system level API's. Have Phun phreaking out windows! ;-)
