Well, it appears our hero, Governor Walker of Wisconsin, has struck another blow in the name of good governance.

From Raw Story:

With no degree and little expertise, Wisconsin Governor’s appointee pulls in big bucks

So, a college dropout who gets popped twice for DUI and has no practical experience in the field lands a sweetheart position at the state's Department of Commerce to the tune of an annual salary of $81,500. In all fairness, he wasn't hired at that salary. No, he got to $81,500 AFTER a 26% pay raise after only two months on the job.

I wonder what ecomomic miracle this young lad has provided the state of Wisconsin to warrant his hiring, let alone a whopping 26% pay hike? I also wonder if this means a 26% pay raise for teachers.
