explosive and bomb making material. The four, Michael Allan, Timothy Dean Byrd, Gregory Sherinan, Dean Utile, were planning to return to steal more

The indictment announced Friday also names two new defendants - Gregory Sherinan, 40, and Dean Utile, 41.
Sherinan was arrested in Hayward early Friday morning, said Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms spokeswoman Marti McKee. He is set to
