Hello ATS members... there is a new geek in town! =)

Hello guys and gals,

I have been a lurker on this site for many years now trawling the forums for tasty tid bits. However I think it is now time to start whacking some of my input out there on subjects that I am interested in and have studied.

A small Bio of my experience:

32 yrs old. born in the UK now living in australia as head of IT for a Townsville QLD based firm.
I spent many years since the age of 16 in the IT sector. Credits include installations of network and security to major uk businesses and several major football clubs; 3 years as head of child protection for one of the worlds largest MMORPG's; 3 years advanced accounting and report writing for major australian businesses.

I have, and have always had a strong interest in the paranormal and spiritual side of life. This said.. I not a religeous type and am still developing my own beliefs as I learn and understand more about the world in which we live.

I hope to offer the ATS community with my views on interesting topics and also provide my own reports regarding my own findings. I can offer help with computer related questions and modern technological science in the computing world. And also security information regarding systems and various networks.

I hope to get stuck in when I can as my time is rather short due to work load and look forward to chatting with many of the fantastic and intuitive people I have been reading posts from these past few years!

I moved to Queensland Australia to avoid the political turmoil of the UK and surrounding regions... and then copped a huge cyclone (yassi) recently... but it is nice over here and everything seems much more relaxed on a political front.

Thanks for your reply! Yes the "it" word can scare of few people unfortunately but I never seem to notice many of us computer types on here giving their opionions on some of the new proposed modern technologies... I will try to help and explain things and not muddy them further with rediculously big words and jargon!

Nah... geeks are the new cool.. I think most people agree on that these days as the cyber age come into its full fruition slowly.

I believe that tech will help the oncoming singularity... but that depends on what the singularity means? Is it merely a final decision on the decimalisation of time (60 seconds turns to 100, 60 mins becomes 100, etc) or is it some big spiritual change? lol

who knows? but im sure tech will be very involved in the next evolutionary process.

I am mostly active in the paranormal/prophecy sections and I cultivate in Falun Dafa(an ancient Chinese Qi Gong form which was introduced to the public in 1992 and gained 100 million practitioners in 7 years before the communists banned it). I believe in multidimensional time-spaces and believe human beings can go there if they assimilate themselves to the characteristics of the universe(Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance in daily life´s actions).

I recommend you read the book Zhuan Falun in my signature link below. It is an amazing book about how to become a good person, the third eye structure, developing supernormal powers etc. The book was a bestseller in China during the 90s before the communists banned it.

Please read it, I reckon it is the most important book published since the beginning of this civilization.

/Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, Falun Dafa is good
