sickness!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bee sick for four day now? It all started when i woke up on Sunday morning and I was feeling really bad.My whole body was aching all over my head felt like it was swollen my neck hurt all over. i was haven breathing problems and chest problems. And i couldn't even talk i was in bed for four days. I don't know what i have if you have any answers on what i might have please let me know.

Sounds like garden variety flu symptoms. Worse case scenario if you're having trouble breathing would be pneumonia. I wouldn't worry too much but if things don't improve or get worse a visit to the doctor would be in order.

I can confirm that OP is on to something. I am on Facebook and have friends from all over the country. I noticed this trend among facebook status updates. "Sick, vomiting, can't get out of bed". it seems to me a FAR cry from any type of spring allergies. Something is going around. The number of status updates stating illness was through the roof. Out of about 30 status updates a good 1/3 to 1/4 seem to be discussing a very strong fast acting sickness of some kind. A bug of some sort is going around. I have heard from people in California, New York, Florida and North Carolina. All at the same general time.

It takes a lot to startle me and my alarm bells started ringing once I read this. Probably just another typical cold/flu bug. Better safe than sorry though right?

Was wondering if OP was living near the gulf at all - really good posts in here regarding the BP gulf disaster and people dying because of it - I thought it was a fair question and I don't drink scotch

I just got done being sick for four days and now my boyfriend has what i got. we would like to know what we both have now and had. we both don't understand why we are catching it and it getting worse.
