"Extraterrestrial Culture Day"

I wonder if Hallmark will manufacture cards for this state holiday. I think it should be a national, no, a federal holiday!! With green beers for everybody!

New Mexicans can now celebrate every second Tuesday in February as "Extraterrestrial Culture Day" after a Roswell lawmaker's proposal won approval in the House.
