Hi everyone,

I've been lurking the site for about a year now, so I figured I'd best sign up and drop some posts in now and then.

Great site for alternative information and ideas, and some very interesting folks on here too!

Hopefully I can stick my tuppence worth in on a few issues.

* - As a noob, you will always be wrong.
* - As a noob you have to buy the site coffee / scones on Saturday mornings (please plan accordingly as shippin overseas can be trickey).
* - Your annual friend fee is flexiable and totally at the discretion of the ET's who run the site.

Personal Disclosure: Welcome! OL is sure a mod will be along soon to help out with an informative post etc. I also recommend utilizing the green chat voyuer function on the ATS tool bar to the bottom of most ATS webpages [aka the ribbon]! It will enable you to watch who and what is being posted in chat but unfortunately you wont be able to join or chat back until your post count reaches 200 posts or so.

Reply to this post with the reply function up top right of this post and that'll be another post towards your mandatory 20 posts before you can start your own threads

Please message me using the message button on far left ATS tool bar [after you have made at least 20 posts] if you require any further help whatsoever!

For now you can reply to any thread in any member forum you wish, as well as send & receive (PM's) Private Messages to Staff only. Once you have achieved 20 posts, you will then be able to start your own threads and additionally send & receive messages to and from fellow ATS members.

It happens so try not to take things personally. Its also hard to convey tone / meaning behind types text. If you disagree with one person in a thread, it possible you will side with them in another. Just try to remember to not carry over annoyance from one thread to the next (It happens - im proof of that lol).

A nice spirited debate though is fun, and we all learn from it.

@Hefficide, that's a ton of info for me to wade through!

@ Beaker, I tend not to take these things to personally, I'm well used to debates on forums and as you say, tone is impossible to convey via text. I'm one of the tolerant types of people that can handle button pushing by others to a high level, open and honest debate is the way forward!

Hello everyone and thanks for posting those links. I'm new here too and wondered about updating "GMT" time to European time as I'm in Europe. It always jumps to Abu Dhabi ....everytime want to submit.

Also what does the "K" stand for ?

P= Posts
S = Scholar
W= Writer
F= Fighter
K = ?

Is that correct anyways ?
