ok i really don´t know but the movement does not look like a reflection. But sometimes it does look like dots on the window...But the behaviour of the dots at 0.23 seconds seems independent from the camera movement. I really don´t know.

look 0.03 and 0.23 (bottom left!) seconds.

what do u think?

i guess it is just the reflection from the window inside the chopper ?

It could be anything?
Something flew into a tall building, so it could possibly be flying (burning) paper, dust, debri flying around.
Or something more common in the skies: birds.
The quality is far from great, so I think it could possibly be birds fleeing the scene.
Then again, I could be wrong.
I do doubt it's alien.

Or because they are electrical bytes and meaningless as the new Eva Braun photos.
Unless she is with her husband in the 1960s Texas World''s Fair.
Then the CIA media would be saying something worthwhile.

UFO's, I don't think so, with at least 2 helicopters around the buildings, smoke and bits of on fire stuff being sent into the surrounding skies and the rotors churning it up leaves me thinking its just debris from the awful event.

We all have our own thoughts about the terrible events of that day but for once I feel there's no need to try and inject UFO content into it. Yes there were some odd objects seen at times but all form camera's miles away and choppers around the towers..
