Not able to access ATS for about 15 minutes. Anyone else?

lol the first thing i thought of when i couldnt get on was that ATS had been shut down by the PTB. then i remembered that its RUN by the PTB so why would they shut down their own site.

could be just a publicity stunt to stir up traffic. must be a slow news day. i have noticed a decline in WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE!!!!! threads so maybe this was their way of spicing things up


OR someone kicked the power cord and the server went down. meh

Computers go down. Things happen. Staff hasn't been informed of any issue - nor of any nefarious plot. The site was down for me as well.

Not so long ago GLP went down for some time and as a result those guys started flooding ATS......I thought I would return the favor.

I really have an issue with GLP's rules on manners and decorum (or lack of...)

Same here, 503 error. Also I couldn't get back onto facebook, but cnn was fine as well as every other site I checked.

Same Prob., wondered if system was just overloaded!

I quickly checked my profile just in case it was a sneaky ploy by ATS to get and steal my useless points while I wasn't watching..
All good though..They didn't get to mine..

Thank you for the reply. It does not really answer much as a fact, but I was wondering if any Mod's knew for sure why it went down. i.e. scheduled maintenance etc. I was more leaned toward the idea of a power or system failure, as opposed to some sort of internet attack.

It is just hard to not think conspiracy, when it happens to this site. If I was in the middle of an online chess game and lost connection, the thought would never even enter my mind of it being caused by some sort of online attack or conspiracy. Exactly the opposite when it happens here, Instant conspiracy thoughts.

TPTB under Obama through Soro, instructed their team to shut down ATS
However the Mods and their Techies fought back with vengence

Well I was going to admit that Nibiru actually sent out a signal that penetrated the ATS bunker and forced us to hack a Russian spy satellite just to get back online... But Protocol 12 clearly states that we go with the 503 error whenever aliens attack the bunker...
