I'm in a interracial relationship with a "mixed" daughter. That video was funny, it brings out the differences and some of the ignorance you don't know about another race. It comes from both sides though; white and black have stereotypes about the next. White people with their cheese and crackers and black people with fried chicken. There isn't anything wrong with assuming, it's only when you get insulted that your assumption is wrong.
