looks good though I'm not sure there is a "not good" when it comes to corn, so another alternative that's popular around here is fire roasted while still in the husk (rinse first specially if store bought), when done strip the husk down which can also make a good handle if not burned/charred, save string for floss
, throw on some real butter, h.salt, ground ancho chili pepper and viola!

*near always when doing these like to roast skewered small potatoes or fingerlings and a full rack of razorback ribs (jus kidden does sound good though) at the same time while constantly basting with butter and for either- common cajun spice works nicely

We usually put Hooters seasoning salt on ours. Yeah, I know...Hooters (the winghouse with the boobs and short shorts, etc.), but really, it's a damn good seasoning salt.
