Is God a Social Illusion?

Over in Northern Ireland a psychologist by the name of Jesse Bering has an upcoming book, The Belief Instinct. Here's an excerpt "Are You There God, It's Me, Brain"
Bering states that a belief in God is a result of the way our brains are built. We've evolved, he writes, to be "natural psychologists," and so we see minds everywhere - even where none exist.

alot of people have a misconception of what and who god really is,god is not a king or anything like a man in a white beard and robe looking down on all of us like a corrections officer keeping tabs like were here on probation,this isnt the case obviously if anyone has a shred of common sense,you should never feel guilty about being here or feel like ur being watched,the only entity keeping tabs is the government, god is you god is me god is everything around us,its pure energy that self replicates and dissapates in an endless cycle, our solar system in an atom,and guess what,everything is also made up of atoms,its multi dimensional like a picture within a picture within a picture infinity plus, its a computer program, its mind,its consciousness, the idea of god as one all powerful being in the image of us creatures is arrogant to say the least,the ones who think it is is the social illusion

Archetypes are humanities way of making sense of, and trying to explain the inherent capacities of being human and existence on and within the planet / solar system / universe / multiverse.... and how existence in physical form implies a CREATOR, indeed physically each human has 2 creators and that human 2 creators and that human 2 creators and so on and so forth, ultimately creation, commences from the universe and beyond, and is subject to natural laws, even in physical form, such as geometry, harmonics, electromagnetics etc , which principles are also universal. The envisagement and multi dimensional nature of a Creator is a reflection of that which is universally the creator and alludes to general creative principles on sub atomic levels.

It's all up to you. If you want someone to tell you that god is real, or that god is a myth, you came to the right place. You will hear both.

Believe in god is probably something you don't want to figure out on ats. Talk to your parents, friends, anyone but this.
