actions to take;
0)Enact a County wide U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Draft. 18+ women citizens wishing to work on the project may do so;

1)char sagebush, grass, etc and activate the carbon to create
2)fill the twin lakes using water from the Columbia river.
3)plant crops and grass.
4)maintain a productive farming co op in the gulch.
5)use regulated watering runoff to creat hydro power.
6)populate the lakes with durable, edible fish.

Wenatchee will be like a City of Prosperity.

Don't worry bud, I know you're a good guy, just trying to help...ignore those who feel the need to attack others for what they believe in. It's a common human trait.

And hey, guess what? I don't even believe what you do but...I care that you care.

Thanks. Don't let anyone grind you down.

But isn't Lake Chelan and a hydropower dam due north of Dry Gulch? What would be the benefit of this? What impact would this have on the farming industry out there, wildlife etc..
A map picture of the location you mention would be nice..
