The Area 51 movie idea looks good, but the teaser doesn't tease enough. Looks a like a "Blair Witch" or "Paranormal Activity" style movie.

I've read a story about a guy who claimed to have made it near the airbase at Area 51 - he supposedly hiked in from 50 miles the other direction - places they don't patrol as much. Don't know if it was true, but the idea seemed like a good movie idea, being: What if you did sneak in to Area 51, only to find out Area 51 was MUCH worse than the rumors ever suggested?
