This might signify whose side the people behind Wikileaks are on... My guess is that they'll just feed the propaganda campaign.

wasnt much of interest from the link provided but that was to the daily telegraph so maybe there will be more actually on wikileaks.

Well this will be the nail in the coffin for Wikileaks if they have an agenda outside of revealing the truth.

But some will also see it as a nail in the coffin of the 9/11 conspiracy.

I can hear and see it all now!

Wikileaks shows difinitive proof, that the US govt was NOT behind the attacks, did not mastermind any faked planes crashing into pre-rigged buildings, no demo charges used, or thermites, thermates, nano thermites, super thermites, holograms, death rays, missiles, planted airliner parts, no missiles at the Pentagon, no truck bombs, no demolition of WTC7, no dancing Israelis, no doctored news coverage, no planes shot down, no staged crashes, etc etc etc. absolutely nothing of what the TM religion believes happened on 9/11.
And what they do show is that indeed, the US bungled intelligence reports, ignored warnings from stupidity, ignorance, or incredulity, misplaced intel, miles and miles of red tape blocking rapid delivery of crucial information, criminal negligence on behalf of the intel agencies, incompetance, inter-agency rivalry and animosity, and just plain stupidity.

And the truth movement will yell, "NO! The evil Illuminotti/NWO/Zionist Jews/Mickey Mouse Club have gotten to the Wikileaks documents and falsified everything! They are part of the cover up too!!"

Boy oh boy, this is gonna be good!

I can imagine if God Himself, came down to the truthers, and said, "Indeed my children, this attack was carried out by renegade Islamic fundamentalists with Satan filling their souls, and the US govt was not involved in the attacks, and there were no demo charges, thermite, fake planes, missiles, etc etc etc." the truthers will go "Oh my God! This conspiracy is even bigger than we imagined. They even got to God!!!"

So the guy who doesn't think that 9/11 was a conspiracy for the controlled United States to engage in unjust endless wars is releasing his little goodies on 9/11. Let me take a wild guess and try and figure out who these documents will exonerate for the 9/11 attacks.

You aren't too far off the mark on this. There is one particular resident conspiracy crackpot here...who shall remain nameless...who admitted he completely supported Wikileaks until Wikileaks came out against the 9/11 conspiracy movement. Not surprisingly, that person now believes Wikileaks is a secret gov't disinformation shop. The criteria of credibility has absolutely nothing to do with the truthfulness of the source. To them, credibility is based entirely upon whether it agrees with what they wan to believe.

Peopel think I bring this up to insult them, but I'm not. I'm bringing this up because it shows the 9/11 conspiracy movement is quickly becoming its own worst enemy with these ridiculous claims of nukes in the basement, controlled demolitions, secret cults of Satan worshipping numerologists, or whatever, and if they want further investigations to take place they're goign to need to get their act together. Who here thinks that if there ever was another investigation and somehow it did prove there were controlled demolitions, who here honestly thinks the "planes were all holograms" people or even the "lasers from outer space" people would ever accept the findings, raise your hands.

I was listening to Louis Theroux on the BBC the other day and he has a show out about settlers in Israel and it's a show about not only people who are described as having extreme religious views and they also live in a severe security position and he described them as a fringe within a fringe.

9/11 truthers who really believe in space beams and holograms are a fringe within a fringe just like Louie explained. But then then only person I've seen talking about these extremes are you but I don't look far

Nearly everyone on ATS 9/11 forums would love to have another investigation, one that looks at the evidence in a more impartial way. I think America was deeply wounded by 9/11 and basic human theory states that when hurt poeple make bad decisions. I could go on but even a general look at ATS would show many people who are fed up with the corruption within society and its social pillars ie corrupt MSM, socialism for the rich, a growing police state and social breakdown.

Thanks for calling for a new investigation, who/how do you envision it would work? Can we have an informal investigation here on the ATS boards maybe, 12 good men and true and all that.

If there really was a government coverup of 9/11, I don't think Wikileaks is gonna be able to reveal it or deny it. They have only ever released secret documents, never top secret or above, and something of that magnitude would certainly not be available at just a secret level. I'm just speculating here about the classification levels of whatever documents might exist or not, but Wikileaks can prove nothing when it comes to 9/11. If they come out and say it really WAS a government conspiracy, you shouldn't believe it, nor should you believe it if they say 100% it was not a conspiracy.

Again: Wikileaks cannot and will not ever prove anything regarding 9/11, they are too weak an organization to do so.
