"Toylet Turns Bathroom Into an Arcade". Why has this been so long in coming?

No, I don't have a spelling problem and the Japanese once again take the prize for most humorous new product.

Sega has introduced a new game for men's urinals in public restrooms. It is being tested now in four men's rooms at pubs and arcades. The game is to draw attention to digital advertisements at the urinals.

They have installed pressure sensors inside a few Urinals in Japan and a small digital display at eye level above the urinal. There are four urinal games to choose from for our entertainment, while performing the otherwise mundane chore of relieving ourselves of excess liquid waste commonly know as taking a piss

Even though this is an advertising gimmick I can't help but wonder if this might not catch on and become a fad in urinals all over the world. We have games on our computers, in pocket sized devices we carry with us as well as monopolizing our TV's so we can no longer enjoy the evening news, so why not in our urinals. Seems like an idea that should have happened long ago.

Guys, demand that these games be installed in your favorite urinals now! We have waited long enough for this day and it is upon us. What better way to take our minds off things like the end of the World, the Illuminati, being abducted by Aliens or the Earths Poles flipping while we are eating Dinner. It is time our urinals became more than the boring, mundane places they now are. We must rise up and make our wishes known while this window of opportunity is still available!

Why is you think a trip to the urinal should not be entertaining? It's a normal, natural event we all deal with multiple times a day and it may as well be a positive part of our day.

One interesting point it does bring to light however, is this a sexist product and how can it be altered to let the Ladies join in the fun? You know, Political Correctness and all.

Never experienced that so I don't know. Perhaps a handicap system would be needed based on age and other requirements. Young men would obviously have an unfair advantage as would beer drinkers perhaps.
