Arizona is not the only state that is standing up for their 10th Amendment rights that are protected under the Constitution but also for its citizens'
rights protected under the 9th Amendment.
AP recently reported an article that, in my opinion was slightly subjective and slanted, in regards to numerous states mulling nullification as the
next logical step in halting their peoples from being subjected to the new health care law.
What would be great is states just telling the Federal (read that as National because that is what it has become) government to keep their money.
Stop being subjected to Federal Aid Highway Act of 1956 aka National Interstate and Defense Highways Act. This act alone has held states hostage to
asinine laws, created under political and monetary aid pressures, that have shown no drastic statistical data on saving lives; such as: Speed limits,
drinking age, seatbelt laws, helmet laws, etc. etc. Those laws should be the states and the people within to decide.
