is a good effort. It is one thing to have the QRA aspect but that takes it to a new level.
Take a look at this site and realise the horror of missing or lost nuclear weapons (at least 7 over the years have been lost from the US arsenal
alone, god knows how many are missing from the USSR arsenal)! There is one that has been pinpointed (a hydrogen bomb jettesoned over water) but the
Navy wont recover the weapon until at least 2007.
