More evidence that the current Nazi-youth in a dress and his predecessor, the soon to be "sainted" one, were knee deep in covering up the child abuse. This is, as you might imagine, a disturbing report. For those with the stomach for such news:

Vatican warned Irish bishops not to report abuse

Here an excerpt:

The letter undermines persistent Vatican claims, particularly when seeking to defend itself in U.S. lawsuits, that the church in Rome never instructed local bishops to withhold evidence or suspicion of crimes from police. It instead emphasizes the church's right to handle all child-abuse allegations, and determine punishments, in house rather than hand that power to civil authorities.

The devil you say!

Further sad but not totally unexpected news from within that report:

A third major state-ordered investigation into Catholic abuse cover-ups, concerning the southwest Irish diocese of Cloyne, is expected to be published within the next few months documenting the concealment of crimes as recently as 2008.

Will the abuse ever stop?

Police and gov cover up every sort of corruption too.

The catholic church is not the only ones with paedos. How many in police, gov, judges and other things.

The Catholic Church is perhaps still the largest and wealthiest corporation on the planet. To compare a corporate cover-up of this magnitude to comparatively isolated instances of abuse and cover-up is absurd in the very least. When you have a paper trail leading to the administration of an organization that indicates conspiracy to hide criminal behavior, then you've got the basis of an ATS thread.
