I grew up in northern Canada. These sun dogs are a daily occurance during the winter along with moon halos and aurora borealis. They were so common, i
casually dismiss them whenever i see them now where i live.
No Such thing as 3 suns. You can even see it with the naked eye if the weather is good enough, i mostly see it around the time when summer ends and
fall starts when i go fishing just outside my town (Somewhere in the Netherlands that is)..
