Really Above Top Secret Down?

I was just browsing through the forums and noticed that every time I try to open the Really Above Top Secret forum I get a 404 error. I was just wondering if anyone else is having that same problem or if the forum has been removed? I do not visit the site as often as I used to and this was the first time I have encountered this problem.
