China is playing with fire and here's why! The US National Science Board (NSB) has approved $208 million in funding over four and a half years to build the world’s most powerful supercomputer, Blue Waters, which will be capable of performing more than one quadrillion operations per second, or a “petaflop” in supercomputing terms. As Smart as their country is it cant stop that. It could decode encryption and hack into every damn computer in china that's hooked up to their internet. it could crash airports,hospitals, electrical grids, nuke plants, stoplights, and send them into the dark ages in the matter of minutes. Most of their country thinks they are smart because they can hack lol we have better hacker here and this computer in the hands of one hacker could damage their whole country

China has many, many, many more people than the US does, so they are allowed to make mistakes. The USA is the real problem. Sorry if that sounds anti-USA, because I assure you that I'm a patriot, probably more so than most people on ATS, but the idea of getting revenge doesn't register with me. I'm tired, I gotta head to sleep. Let me leave you with this thought:

The US pollutes as much as China, yet they have a billion more people.

And still people wonder why the world hates America.
