Refresh my memory, reporting adds.

Could someone please remind me how to report problematic adds? I seem to recall something saying there was a certain procedure for doing this but never having a problem with adds before other than them being annoying .
I currently have a Lowes add covering my tool bar so I can only click on home and logout. Thankfully I can still navigate by scrolling down and clicking on the links under content on bottom of my page, but its annoying having to do so.
