ATS media picture upload not working

I have been trying to add pics to my media area and when I click "add picture" it just goes to a white screen and does nothing. I refreshed and did everything else....

It never fails, when I want to make a thread, issues arise! Technology doesn't like me at all.

I had no problem adding pics to the media this morning but I can't get any to load now...

I just uploaded a picture about 30 minutes ago with no problem. Try it again. If nothing works alert a Moderator for technical assistance.
