If you think of all the ways we can be attacked, this becomes a scarey scenario when our grids are open, our treatment plants are open, borders are open, etc. etc. We are in for a rude awakening on vulnerability.

This is just a walk in and start flicking switches, who knows when somebody will attempt to taint a water supply.
