Well I'm just putting this out because I was surprised to read there are so many muslim people in France. Do any of you think this will be a factor in the upcoming years? We are on a site dedicated to conspiracies, predictions (lol), and alternative thoughts as a whole so I would just like to hear thoughts about what you all feel.
Me personally, I think muslims in majority are wanting there holy war and are doing everything they can to initiate one. Whether it's terrorism, financial terrorism or straight up propaganda it seems the bulk are angry at all outsiders. I am not religious but when coming across these people they seem generally hostile toward outside ways of thinking, more so then the other religious types I've met.
I briefed this topic after reading about the protests in London, I like to see the trends of people, if they are any. I'm wondering now are sides really starting to be drawn for some larger conflict.

I seriously doubt it. 99% of Muslims just want to live in peace. They often leave their home countries to have a better way of life.

it is not because muslims are bad people (most of the ones i have met are very kind), it's their islamic laws that they live by. i am an athiest, and would not want to be ostracized from work, social events, and society in general for not believing or participating in some old world religious beliefs. with france, it is up to the muslims to adapt to french customs, not the french to adapt to theirs. i don't no why this is so hard for muslims to understand and accept.

I'm not being shallow it's just an observation, I have many wonderful muslim friends that I have spoke to about this and we often agree on one level or another. One of them even got into a fight at a bar with another muslim, over being muslim because I asked a question. Truly I find racism just as interesting a topic because minorities do act certain ways in majority, I am Italian, I was from NJ, do you now think my ex-girlfriend was Snookie? No, but I tell you some of the Italian stereotypes do fit me.

Sorry Quasi I f'ed up! I thought your post was directed at me or should I say, "YO, you talkin' to me?" lol

The Muslims in France have no right to shut down public streets for their prayers, but they do anyways. How would you like to not be able to leave your home because Muslims are praying outside your door?

One part of the problem is the way the institutions in France and other European nations are set up to deal with immigrants. They deliberately encourage the immigrants to cling to their old culture and language...I have heard stories about Swedish officials actively discouraging immigrants from studying Swedish!

It is almost certainly not done in a conscious way, but the fact of the matter is that if the state bureaucrats can keep a huge mass of people dependent on them, they prove their own relevance. This allows them to expand their departments and increase the number of people working under them, gain more power and influence for themselves, etc. In short, the jobs and livelihoods of many people in the European public sectors give them a vested interest in keeping immigrants cut off from normal society. These officials basically earn their keep acting as intermediaries between the immigrants and society at large.

Overlaying the issue are the warped academic philosophies of "cultural relativism," which tout the benefits of deconstructing Vestern culture, lionize "marginal groups" and deride the majority, wallow in excessive guilt, and so forth. This out-of-date, out-of-touch school of thought (originating with French theorists like Foucault and Derrida) also preys vampirically upon society, supporting whole departments of academics, consultants, cultural specialists, diversity coaches...the list goes on.

I realize I explained that badly. The Muslims I know who have left their countries did it because they wanted a better life. Sure, in many Muslims countries, they indeed have good lives. Two former neighbors of mine came from Iraq and Iran, and absolutely left to have it better.

The heck with France,WHAT ABOUT US?

Islam is taking over the world and y'all better comply, or else.

On the flip side, once they conquer the world maybe they might consider letting Israel keep that little piece of real estate?

NAHHhhhhhh!

I don't know what it will take for people to realize that all muslims believe the entire world will all be muslims someday.
