Red "Contrail" streaks across NYC?

If these (this and the two over in California) are nothing but contrails then, why the hell are they making the news?
Do they want us discussing this for some reason?
Do they want us afraid for some reason?
Do they want us to be angry at Obama for some reason?

What the hell is going on? Not so much in our skies but the over-all modus operandi of the media lately?
(love how they get their dig in about 'aliens" too!)

NEW YORK (CBS 2) .............................The sighting came one day after a mysterious condensation trail was spotted off the coast of California. Speculation over the object that caused it ranged from a fired missile to a contrail from a commercial airliner.

it might be because they are just as curious as we are?

Wonder why it appears to flash at about 6/7 seconds in?

Moving very fast whatever it is though could be a low flying military jet.

they are doing this to get the word "contrail" embedded in peoples minds before they hear the word "chemtrail".


so that when their tinfoil friends run up to them trying to warn them about chemtrails, they will know what to parrot back.

consider it a nationwide briefing..
