Three Russian aircraft engineers found dead at Indonesian air force base

Three Russian engineers who worked for aircraft producer Sukhoi were found dead in their apartments at an Indonesian air force base on Monday morning.

The incident took place at Hassanuddin airport near the city of Makassar, where the Russian specialists were servicing the Sukhoi combat jets purchased by the Indonesian government from Russia.

Indonesian coroners have said that two of the Russians died from cardiac arrest, but they did not report the cause of death in the third case. The final conclusion will be made after the autopsy, the coroners declared.

In 2007, Indonesia bought six Russian SU-30 and SU-27 combat jets, but only three aircraft were delivered to the Hasanuddin air base and commissioned by the purchaser. The deal is to be completed in 2010.

This looks like a conspiracy to me. 3 engineers found dead in their apartments. 2 from cardiac arrest.

I cant really think of any reason for this yet. Im problably missing something.

Just thought id share this and see if anyone can uncover anything.

Can't see why you'd say that. Quite natural for a bunch of healthy young guys to all die of a heart attack at once.
Next you'll be saying suicide by shooting yourself in the back from 40 metres is unlikely.

I can't see that they'd be spying for Russia in Indonesia.
Perhaps they were giving away Russian secrets?

Heart attack is a very inexact diagnosis, really just means the heart has stopped.
Could be caused by all sorts of things, including poisoned umbrellas.

Reminds me of a story about some russian guy, who got on the wrong side of the kreml and promptly took his own life by shooting himself in the head..twice
