LaRouche supporter assaulted by Alaska State Fair Security

This first day of the 2010 Alaska State Fair starts with sunny skies and
a brutal assault by security personnel on a LaRouche supporter.

At about 5pm Alaska Time, Thursday, August 26, 2010, security personnel
approach Sidney Hill, a lone man peacefully displaying an impeach Obama
sign near Pioneer Plaza on the Alaska State Fairgrounds in Palmer. Minutes
later, a crowd assembles, additional security forces arrive, and they physically
assault the man holding the sign. He's taken to the ground with force and
detained.

oh yea, wait til you hear what he was charged with

Sidney Hill was in jail awaiting a pre-trial at 1:00pm on August 27,
2010 at the Palmer Courthouse. He has been charged with Assault 4-
Cause Fear Of Injury, Disorderly Conduct-Challenge To Fight, and Criminal
Trespass 2- Upon Premises. However, according to the Valley Frontiersman
newspaper, "Assistant District Attorney Trina Sears said her office decided
not to prosecute Hill on the assault charge."

comment:
watch the video of the play by play action. he is taken down
to the ground and held there for quite a while. One articles also
states that this man had a concealed firearm. But sources say
the weapon was a plant. Maybe one reason why he was not
charged for the firearm.

Have we really lost our free speech?
Can we NOT have an "Impeach Obama"
sign in public? What about on a T-Shirt?

Does anybody besides me find this offensive?

Free speech doesnt mean freedom to yell like a crazy person. I mean we arrest people for that its called disturbing the peace.

Who would not arrest some looney tune at a state fair who isnt there to enjoy the fair but to disseminate propaganda.
