Well i guess to most of us its nothing new, well considering that they openly implicate both the U.S. and U.K. in keeping classified files so as the public would simply not freak out. Well i assume the same frame of mind is still at hand and the similar but far more tactical methods are still used to keep the lid nice and tight.
