Moscow Russia has accused the United States of breaching its non-proliferation obligations under bilateral nuclear arms reduction treaties and supplying banned technologies to Israel and other American allies in violation of its commitments.

While the US is accusing Tehran of breaching the non-Proliferation treaty by assuming that Tehran is seeking to build nuclear weapons, while she has already breached the NPT rules many times over.

Hillary Clinton, who accused Tehran of breaching NPT rules by seeking to build nuclear weapons.

Western delegations seek a consensus declaration on toughening the treaty’s rules against suspected nuclear cheaters, such as Iran, and ways to regulate nuclear fuel production.

While they call others cheaters, it is them who are cheating by supplying Israel with banned parts and know hows.

MOSCOW | Sun Aug 8, 2010 2:42am IST
(Reuters) - Russia accused the United States on Saturday of breaching its obligations over the non proliferation of weapons, a sign of strained relations between the two powers.

Russia also accused the United States of preventing international supervision of its compliance with the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention.

The ministry also said secret information from the U.S. Los Alamos nuclear weapons laboratory had ended up at the hands of a drug dealing gang in 2006.

"The peculiarity of the incident was that, unlike in several other such cases -- when nuclear secrets were obtained by foreign intelligence services -- now they were found by police with a criminal group connected to the drug trade," it said

Russia sounds angry.

The HYPOCRISY is obvious, the bigger question is, what is really going on?

Why now?

Not everyone joined the war against the Nazis all at the same time...
so as the world becomes aware of the modern situation ...
They say that the sympathy garnered by 011 is pretty much gone and the truth is setting home and abroad.

Here's Russia Today's report on the matter.

youtube link

edit - link not working

Apparently the report is taken straight from the Russian Foreign Ministry's website. Among other things, they claim that the US has lost over 1000 "elements" of radioactive material, the implication being that these are being supplied to rogue nations, and that the US is continuing to develop its chemical and biological armamentarium.

While not really thinking that there is an imminent showdown between the US and Russia, it might be worth paying a little more attention to Russia in the near future. This sounds very much like bridge building with Israel to me and the beginning of another cold war style "proxy" conflict.

Russian disinfo? It's intriguing, anyway. The US supplying Iran, while Russia sows seeds of suspicion into Israel is an interesting twist. The timing is interesting to say the least.

Goes away to sit in a corner muttering "false flag" and "disinfo"

Me thinks Russia might be setting the stage up for leaving all arms treaties with NATO.

Remember this?
The Strategic Arms Reductions Treaty recently agreed to by the US and Russia will reduce each country's nuclear stockpile by nearly a third. Russia acknowledges the progress made, but also reserves its right to back out.
Reserves it's right to back out...

Russia is to withdraw from Europe's key arms control treaty in response to United States plans to install missile defence systems in Eastern Europe, Vladimir Putin announced yesterday.
And now they just installed it in Poland... and are continuing...

I think that Russia thinks Obama is weak and that they might withdraw from treaties with NATO.

This might be just a threat... depends if the US goes ahead with more missile shield deployment in eastern Europe, enlargement of NATO in Europe, attack on Iran and/or nuclear proliferation to Vietnam...

The US is not innocent in all this. Russia have plenty of reasons to say this.

well of course the united states did this they are above international law

Call it HYPOCRISY, it is a much more effective word.

America is above international law, yes, because they have all those nukes.

In my honest opinion the world should create a new organization other than the UN and Security council, where the 5 permanent members are not allowed in with their VETO powers, where everyone is equal, no one above the law, where everything is done based on treaties and agreements, where this new UN merely observes those agreements and treaties to see any wrong doings. If wrong, then the right steps are taken according to agreements to make the wrong, right.

does anyone realize that this whole thing looks set to kick off when the next false flag is staged and the us has been caught giving tacktical nukes to non nuke countrys this doing more to create a nuklear amargedon than iran

lets supply everone else with tack nukes to stop a country we dont like from getting nukes ?WTF

lets use tak nukes to stop a country from getting a nuke power plant that will produce material for nukes?wtf

lets wait and hope a 9/11 event happens so we can nuke them ?WTF

russia is correct supplying nukes to any other country is proliferation

maby a war is enevitable if americans arnt outraged

sucks the fate of the world rests on the sholders of a few that can justify nuking a country premtively for trying to get nukes when america is shipping them to their enemies and neibours

the only thing Iran is guilty of is atempting to trade oil in euros

make up whatever excuse you want you cant justify using nukes

1. pre-emtive wars or strikes are a war crime
2. using nukes is a war crime
3. killing civilians is a war crime

anyone allowing evil to occour is guilty of that evil

the only thing that could stop this madness is the people saying no to these war crimes
