Moscow Russia has accused the United States of breaching its non-proliferation obligations under bilateral nuclear arms reduction treaties and supplying banned technologies to Israel and other American allies in violation of its commitments.

While the US is accusing Tehran of breaching the non-Proliferation treaty by assuming that Tehran is seeking to build nuclear weapons, while she has already breached the NPT rules many times over.

Hillary Clinton, who accused Tehran of breaching NPT rules by seeking to build nuclear weapons.

Western delegations seek a consensus declaration on toughening the treaty’s rules against suspected nuclear cheaters, such as Iran, and ways to regulate nuclear fuel production.

While they call others cheaters, it is them who are cheating by supplying Israel with banned parts and know hows.

(Reuters) - Russia accused the United States on Saturday of breaching its obligations over the non proliferation of weapons, a sign of strained relations between the two powers.

Russia also accused the United States of preventing international supervision of its compliance with the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention.

The ministry also said secret information from the U.S. Los Alamos nuclear weapons laboratory had ended up at the hands of a drug dealing gang in 2006.

"The peculiarity of the incident was that, unlike in several other such cases -- when nuclear secrets were obtained by foreign intelligence services -- now they were found by police with a criminal group connected to the drug trade," it said

Apparently the report is taken straight from the Russian Foreign Ministry's website. Among other things, they claim that the US has lost over 1000 "elements" of radioactive material, the implication being that these are being supplied to rogue nations, and that the US is continuing to develop its chemical and biological armamentarium.

While not really thinking that there is an imminent showdown between the US and Russia, it might be worth paying a little more attention to Russia in the near future. This sounds very much like bridge building with Israel to me and the beginning of another cold war style "proxy" conflict.

Russian disinfo? It's intriguing, anyway. The US supplying Iran, while Russia sows seeds of suspicion into Israel is an interesting twist. The timing is interesting to say the least.

Me thinks Russia might be setting the stage up for leaving all arms treaties with NATO.

Russia is to withdraw from Europe's key arms control treaty in response to United States plans to install missile defence systems in Eastern Europe, Vladimir Putin announced yesterday.
And now they just installed it in Poland... and are continuing...

I think that Russia thinks Obama is weak and that they might withdraw from treaties with NATO.

This might be just a threat... depends if the US goes ahead with more missile shield deployment in eastern Europe, enlargement of NATO in Europe, attack on Iran and/or nuclear proliferation to Vietnam...

The US is not innocent in all this. Russia have plenty of reasons to say this.

well of course the united states did this they are above international law

when they break it its because of national security but when another country does it its breaking the law and should be invaded and sanctioned into the stone age

Call it HYPOCRISY, it is a much more effective word.

America is above international law, yes, because they have all those nukes.

In my honest opinion the world should create a new organization other than the UN and Security council, where the 5 permanent members are not allowed in with their VETO powers, where everyone is equal, no one above the law, where everything is done based on treaties and agreements, where this new UN merely observes those agreements and treaties to see any wrong doings. If wrong, then the right steps are taken according to agreements to make the wrong, right.

2. using nukes is a war crime
3. killing civilians is a war crime
