but, the G20 was the same thing. people lost their "guaranteed" human rights. i think it is a fair comparison.
there is a video of a cop telling some people on the street asking about their rights during the G20 that "this isn't canada, this is the G20".
that is how easy it is to get cops and military personnel to "just do their job", although in reality, they should REFUSE those "duties" as they are contrary to the charter of rights and freedoms.
