I know there's quite a few other guitarists hanging around the boards, so I figured I'd mention this nifty little program.
If you play guitar, you should download this. Now.
It's basically the open-source version of Guitar Pro, and for me it's completely replaced GP. It's only in version 1.2 and it's already that
powerful. It's got a comprehensive scale and chord dictionary, very advanced notation capabilities and it can even import and export GP files. And
all for the low, low price of $0.00!
If you have a need for tab/notation software, give this one a look.
