More smearing, or is there something more?

I did a search, didn't find anything. Reading the article, I see no reason David A. Passaro should be the only one prosecuted, others were involved.

This article is detailed, and may shed some light on recent events on the hill.

"A former Army ranger hired by the CIA to conduct interrogations was charged Thursday with assaulting an Afghan detainee who died after two days of beatings, the first time civilian charges have been brought in the investigation of prisoner abuse in Iraq and Afghanistan."
