I don't know what your title has to do with this thread, but either way, I don't buy into the whole BMI thing at all, it completely ignores muscle mass and bone density.

According to BMI measurements, I am obese. At 5'6" I should weight around 150 lbs. As a body builder, with a naturally dense skeletal structure, I actually weight ~175lbs, yet my body fat percentage is very low and I'm pretty fit. According to BMI, the whole England Rugby team is obese!

couldnt agree more mate. im 178cm, 85 kilos and could throw my doctor a few meters. BMI was a fad that stuck unfortunately....and to the OP, i cant answer anything that poses no question, Welcome anyway.
