Now, looking at that pic, look at the shadows AGAIN. The flag doesn't appear to have one.
The craft's is going a different angle?!
As far as the pic I thought maybe fake. I meant rather Staged. Like it was taken back on Earth during training etc.

Here is the shadow angles as I see it. Please excuse my crude lines but I think they show the shadow differences.

Indeed, but why would the shadows necessarily be parallel? The surface is obviously uneven, especially noticeable in the high resolution version, plus there are other perspective effects present as seen here:

I should have clarified. The fake/set up one is the one of the lander and main craft docking together.
As far as the photo with the shadows. yes, I have heard the argument of different shadow angles etc. but I don't believe you can have that differnce show by the lines with the light source coming from the one direction and the items that cast a shadow being so close to each other.
I guess for what I see as the biggest problem with NASA and the whole Moon deal. Us going there was by far one of Man's greatest tech achivements. But we don't go back? Why? Even just for science/learning? No. The whole "Been there done that" attitude just doesn't cut it-sorry. Give me/us a better reason(s).
