Let me introduce myself. My name is Nikolay Nesterenko and I am
librarian at the Ukrainian Research Institute on Anomalous Phenomena
(RIAP) an independent research body, established in Kharkiv (Ukraine)
in 1992. RIAP is an open structure uniting specialists and amateurs
who live in various countries, being deeply interested in the search
for solution of the most baffling mysteries of the contemporary world

obtain the most reliable, interesting, and fresh information about
real enigmas from behind the former Iron Curtain, now the Curtain of
Silence. If you wish, you can also join us in our investigations.
We are open to any form of collaboration between RIAP and dedicated
