Did you know? War on Drugs Edition

so what does the us do? we send 7k marines, 200 helicopters and 46 warships to costa rica to fight drug runners... they must know these numbers right? so why are we in costa rica then?

The video states that drug prices have fallen and purity has increased... This is untrue and its actualy the opposite which is happening in my experience.
