In numerology 7 means the "wealth", oppulence, "money", luxury, sucess and the ability to "make things append".
Basicaly it's everything that is related to success, money, luxury, wealth and the ability to be able to realize project, to make them "real" and to be successfull to it.

There is a bit of info in that image there which I think is incorrect.
It says "His memorial service was held exactly seven years later on 07/07/09."
Seven years later than what? He died 12 days before on June 25th 2009!
