Is there some kind of forum/chat/website that lets people participate in an online world government experiment where "delegates" from countries all over the world interact and pass motions and what not? I just thought of it and thought it would really be a neat way to interact with people from countries all over the world. Does anyone know of any website out there that exists like this?

I am working for one, but it is specific for my country - first ONLINE political party in Romania , where people can collaborate, debate and vote. I am not sure how a worldwide system will work but I am aware of some European initiatives .
