A group calling itself "Resistance internationaliste" issued a statement Friday claiming responsibility for the attack.
Montreal newspaper La Presse reported Friday that it received an e-mail from the group noting it is opposed to Canada's military practices and wants to prevent a "further indoctrination."

As to the incident in Quebec...La Belle Province seems to be good at nurturing activists that like to blow stuff up. Don't know if that is a cultural thing, religious, reaction to notoriously corrupt government and surly cops...note the agents provocateurs at the Montebello conference on '07 www.cbc.ca....
Quebec is just...different...and my Canada includes Quebec.
