Well here's a bit of good news, depending on which side of the prison abuse scandal you are on, but the U.S. Military will be releasing another 650 prisoners from Abu Ghraib prison on Monday. Last week 320 prisoners were released. We should all feel good, that these people, most of which were probably wrongly being held in custody are now free to return to their families.

US Plans to Release Another 650 Prisoners to Be Released From Abu Ghraib on Monday

The U.S. military plans to release another 650 prisoners from Abu Ghraib prison, center of the abuse scandal, next week, U.S. Brig. Gen. Mark Kimmitt said Saturday.
The release will take place Monday, he said.

Now the good news in all of this, is that if the Abu Ghraib Scandal hadn't made it into mainstream news, all these people would still be locked up and most likely continue to face sadistic torture.

This is VERY good news.
I personally feel that this place needs to be razed, as a symbolic gesture of all that is evil and has occurred there.
